Here you will find our general policies, important guidelines and rules regarding minors, as well as other details that ensure everyone's comfort and safety.1 - Accommodation of unaccompanied minors
In accordance with Article 82 of Law No. 8.069 of July 1990—the Child and Adolescent Statute—children and adolescents may not be accommodated in hotels or similar establishments unless accompanied by or authorized by their parents or guardians, upon presentation of the following documents: ID CARD OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Written authorization is mandatory whenever the child or adolescent is not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians at check-in. 2 - 100% Non-Smoking Hotel
The Hotel Plaza Camboriú is a 100% smoke-free property, ensuring the well-being, comfort and health of all our guests.
Smoking is expressly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, hallways, common areas, event rooms and other facilities.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in a hygiene fee of R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais), to cover cleaning and odor neutralization in the room.
3 - Credit Card Payment Policy
The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with an identification document belonging to the cardholder.
Stays paid for with a third party's credit card will only be authorized upon prior submission of written authorization containing the cardholder's full details, along with copies of their identification document and the card used for the purchase.

4 - Check-in and Check-out Policy
In accordance with Article 23, §6º of Law No. 11.771/2008, regulated by MTur Ordinance No. 28/2025, published on September 17, 2025, we clarify that the hotel stay corresponds to a period of 24 (twenty-four) hours, which includes the time required to clean, organize and prepare the accommodation unit for the next guest.
Therefore, the full 24-hour period does not mean that guests may remain continuously inside the accommodation unit, as part of this time is required for the hotel’s operational procedures.
Our standard check-in time starts at 3 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 12 p.m. If a guest chooses to check in later than the specified time, the check-out time remains the same, that is, by 12 p.m. the following day, regardless of the arrival time.
